Deep Tissue Massage
Deep Tissue Massage at home, also called therapeutic or muscle-release massage, uses slow techniques and firm, measured pressure on tight, aching muscles. Those names, and deep tissue, all refer to one single service at Senses, not three different options. The technique works into deeper muscle layers, so it suits areas that have been tight for a long time: the neck and shoulders after long hours at a desk, an upper back that feels heavy and hard to turn, a lower back that aches after a long day standing or moving around. If you are looking for a gentle session to unwind, this is not the best fit. Before the session starts, your therapist talks with you about how your body feels, the pressure you want, and the areas to focus on or avoid. Throughout the session, pressure is always adjusted to your feedback: say the word and it changes, no explanation needed. You can ask to skip any area, and you can stop the session at any time. Firmer pressure does not mean better results. Sessions take place at your home in Ho Chi Minh City, in 60, 90 or 120 minutes, so you can choose what fits your time and your needs. Your therapist brings a folding table, clean linens and massage oil. Senses is a home massage service, not a medical facility. Senses does not diagnose, and massage does not replace medical examination, diagnosis or treatment.
